All prices are on application, but are as low as £130 per night in the low season (1st May – 31st October) and £160 per night in the high season (1st November – 30th April).

To be able to process your booking enquiry we need to store and process the information you submit. We do not sell or share this information with anyone else and your data will be handled in the strictest of confidence in line with EU GDPR laws and guidance.

Booking conditions

  1. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which is 50% of the total rental cost.
  2. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
  3. Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date will be refunded their deposit in full. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the arrival date will not be refunded their deposit.
  4. The villa cannot be booked for less than 4 consecutive nights.
  5. The villa will be available for occupation from 2 pm on the arrival date, and must be vacated by 10 am on the departure date.
  6. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation.
  7. The villa and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  8. Any damages or breakages must be reported and paid for before departure.
  9. Pets are not allowed in the villa.
  10. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
  11. The owner or their representative reserve the right to enter the villa at any time for the purpose of inspection or maintenance.
  12. The tenant will be held responsible for the proper conduct of themselves and their guests and any costs incurred as a result of improper conduct.
  13. The tenant will also be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  14. The owner or their representative will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
  15. By booking the villa, the tenant agrees to these terms and conditions.
