Our luxurious and spacious villa is set in a natural environment In the quiet village of Klong Muang just fifteen minutes by car from the bustling town of Ao Nang in the province of Krabi.
The villa offers a peaceful, private retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of our villa with your own private pool! We are licensed by the local government for short term rentals, which are only permitted in Thailand if licensed – your stay with us is guaranteed.

Baan Yen Jai villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, providing ample space and privacy for up to eight guests.

Getting here
Location & travel advice
There are no direct flights to Krabi from the UK, but there are a number of ways to get there. Qatar, Emirates & Etihad all fly from Heathrow to Phuket via their hubs in the Middle East. Transfers from Phuket to the villa take 2.5 hrs. You can also fly into Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport & transfer onto an internal flight to Krabi. There are several flights per day from Bangkok to Krabi’s airport (KBV) and the villa is just a 40-minute transfer from the airport. British Airways, Thai Airways and Eva air all fly directly to Bangkok. There are many other airlines that offer flights to Bangkok, therefore it is always worth checking a flight comparison service such as Skyscanner, Kayak or Opodo to see the best available deals on flights.

Blessing ceremony
We had our house blessing ceremony at Baan Yen Jai Villa in 2019. House blessings, also known as “San Chao Po” in Thai, are a traditional practice in Thailand. They are typically performed by Buddhist monks or laypeople who are well-versed in the Buddhist teachings. The purpose of a house blessing is to purify the house, bring good luck and ward off any negative energy. House blessings are often performed when a new house is built or when someone moves into a new home. They can also be performed at any time to bring good luck and positive energy to the residents.
On-Site Villa Management team
Meet Noom & Nam
Our on-site villa management team and hosts in Krabi are a lovely, local Thai couple called Noom and Nam, and their children Leo and Singto, who help their parents out with cleaning and tending the garden. They have been assisting us with the day-to-day running of the villa for a number of years and are dedicated to ensuring our guests have the best possible experience during their stay in Krabi. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make your stay unforgettable.
